Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Average delivery time within the U.S. is 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns

We accept returns for unworn items with original tags and packaging, including the SKU label.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (as shown in the tracking), and returned to us within 7 days of approval.

Please note:
• We do not offer exchanges
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or there was a shipping error
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a 20% restocking fee

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
