How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track it directly on the carrier’s website.


Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at hello@undressedcode.com. Once shipped, we can’t cancel or modify the order.


What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags.
Exchanges: For a different size or color, return the item and place a new order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping time is 10–18 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
